NOTICE
Menominee County is seeking applications of appointment from persons wishing to serve on the following Boards/Committees
Planning Commission
Each of these appointments are 3-year terms
One appointment – with educational/school interests
One appointment – with agricultural/forestry/land use interests
One appointment – with recreational/tourist interests
(all must be citizens of Menominee County)
U.P. State Fair Authority Gov. Brd.
One 2 yr. term ~ 1.1.2025 – 12.31.2026
Menominee County Parks Committee
One appointment - 3 year term, starting immediately and ending January 31, 2028
Department of Health and Human Services Board of Trustees
One appointment - to be appointed by DHHS - 3 year term starting immediately and ending on Sept. 30, 2027.
If you are interested in serving on any of these boards/committees, please submit an “application for appointment” to: Menominee County Board of Commissioners, 839 Tenth Ave., Menominee, MI 49858.
Applications may be obtained at County Administrative office or on the County website at the link BELOW.
Applications for appointment will be accepted until filled.
