OLD BUSINESS: Ray Erickson and Joe Hudson spoke to the group about a rodeo. They explained it is usually a two day event, you can have a local Horse Show before hand, and a cattle preview show. Joe stated that the people sponsoring the event usually gets the volunteers, advertise, porta potties, power plant and vendors. A lengthy discussion was held, questions like who carries the unsurance, bleachers, wrist bands, how many acres do you need. Joe stated he would contact Marquette County and get more information, dollar amounts from 1st and 2nd year. It was also discussed that the first couple of years to hold it at a different time than when the fair is going on.
