The Upper Peninsula Resource Conservation & Development (UP RC&D) Council is a non-profit conservation organization serving all 15 counties in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The purpose of the Council is to provide local leadership required for developing and carrying out a plan for the orderly conservation, improvement, development and wise use of the natural resources within the Upper Peninsula. The Council is led by a board of directors with representation from throughout the UP.
The Council meets quarterly, alternating meetings between the Council office in Marquette (129 W BARAGA AVE, STE F, MARQUETTE, MI 49855 | 906.225.0215) and teleconference meetings. All meetings take place at 10 am (Eastern time) unless otherwise specified.
