The Central Upper Peninsula Materials Management Planning Committee (CUPMMPC) is a joint body of representatives with responsibility for the creation of a Materials Management Plan regulating solid waste disposal, recycling, and composting activities within Alger, Delta, Dickinson, Marquette, Menominee, and Schoolcraft Counties. The 23-member committee has representation from each county based on the interlocal agreement between the counties and CUPPAD. Members are appointed by their respective County Board of Commissioners. CUPPAD acts as the Designated Planning Agency and the administrative agent for the Committee. The CUPMMPC will hold its 2025 meetings on the third Thursday of each month, at 1:00pm ET, in the Delta County Service Center Boardroom, 2920 College Avenue Escanaba, MI 49829, unless otherwise noted.  Meeting minutes will be posted as soon as they are approved.
