Dog License ImageMichigan State Law requires dogs to be rabies vaccinated and licensed at 4 months of age, and to wear their license tag at all times. Dogs must be licensed within 30 days of obtaining ownership, or within 30 days of the dog turning 4 months of age.

Proof of rabies vaccination is required at time of purchase.

$10.00 annual license fee. License expires December 31, and must be renewed annually. Available at these locations:
  • Menominee County Treasurer's Office at Courthouse
  • BayShore Veterinary Clinic, Menominee
  • Mighty Pet at M&M Plaza, Menominee
  • Mid-County Veterinary Clinic, Stephenson
  • By Mail - Print and complete this Application for each dog being licensed. Include copy of rabies vaccination.
