SERVICE HOURS
The Menominee County Jail has administrative hours of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST. Our correctional staff is available via phone 24-hours per day.

COMMISSARY
Inmates are able to order food, beverages, and hygiene items from the commissary on any day of the week. Commissary orders are placed and delivered once per week.

Commissary funds may be deposited into an inmate's account online at JailATM.com, using the in-person kiosk located in the jail lobby, or by sending a check or money order via U.S. mail.

NOTE: For inmates with outstanding debt, a portion of all deposited funds will be allocated to past-due fees. If the state-mandated booking fees are not paid in full, 100% of money deposited will be applied to the booking fee(s) owed. For other types of debt, 25% of money deposited will be allocated to repayment.

INMATE CORRESPONDENCE
The Menominee County Jail uses CIDNET for inmate communications. Using CIDNET, families can connect with their incarcerated loved ones via video visits, phone calls, and messaging. Inmates who have purchased data can communicate with their loved ones during daytime hours, 7 days per week. Free video visitation appointments are also available by appointment at the Menominee County Jail.

Inmates also have the ability to send and receive postal mail. All mail, with the exception of privileged correspondence with legal professionals, court systems, or government officials, may be opened and inspected prior to being delivered to inmates. For security purposes, inmates will receive a photocopy of all images or letters received. Original documents are placed with the inmate's belongings and returned at time of release.

INMATE MEDICAL CARE
On-site medical care is provided by Around The Clock (ATC) Healthcare Services, with referrals made to local medical facilities and specialists as needed. Mental health services are provided via telehealth.

BOND PAYMENTS
Online payments for bonds or inmate housing fees can be made using AllPaid (fomerly GovPay). Payments can be made online or via phone for a small fee. Please choose the appropriate link for your payment type: Bond Payments (PLC 5264) | Prisoner Board/Inmate Funds (PLC 5138)

BOOKS & READING MATERIALS
Inmates have access to books via the jail library. Newspaper and magazine subscriptions are permitted by direct mail from the publisher or reputable vendor.  All reading material is reviewed by jail supervisors before being approved for circulation.
