We are excited to deliver an improved filing experience for our community. All attorneys submitting filings with our court for eligible case types will be required to e-file pursuant to Michigan Court Rule 1.109(G)(3)(f).

You will need a MiFILE account to submit filings to the court. To get started, visit the MiFILE website and click "Sign Up" in the upper right corner (When available). Creating an account is free. (Please note that legal support staff will need to create their own MiFile accounts as well if submitting filings on an attorney's behalf.)
