ICE PROGRAM
(In Caes of Emergency ) |
In Case of Emergency
The ICE program is designed to provide emergency personnel with contact numbers for individuals who may be unable to communicate after an accident. The numbers will be entered into the cell phone under an all caps heading of: ICE (In Case of Emergency). The numbers will be presented in order of priority (ex. ICE 1, ICE 2). For those without cell phones ICE cards are available and maybe located in their wallets. This will make it easier for emergency personnel to know whom to contact for their patients. The Concept of the ICE program is a simple way for people to feel secure in knowing that their emergency contacts will be notified promptly if they were involved in an accident.
