The Probate Court is committed to serving the citizens of Menominee County with integrity, fairness, and compassion. We provide oversight and protection in matters involving estates, guardianship, conservatorship, mental health proceedings, and welfare of minors and legally incapacitated individuals.
There are a variety of other matters that are processed through the Probate Court like protective orders, secret marriages, delayed registration of births, and wills for safekeeping.
