Completed application & required fee
Site plan showing proposed construction, property lines, roads, structures & dimensions
Drawings of proposed construction, property lines, roads, structures & dimensions
Drawings of proposed showing all structural and code requirements
Approved Zoning, Sanitary, SESC permits if required.

Non-Residential
Projects, Residential Dwellings over 3500sqft, Residential Accessory Structure over 3000sqft
