| How to apply for a Building Permit |
- Check which Township your project location is in (See Zoning)
- If the location is in a Zoned Township- obtain approved zoning with your Township
- Obtain a Sanitary (well/septic) permit from Menominee County Health Department if needed
- Once steps 1-3 have been completed, fill out a Building Permit application
- If you are within 500ft of water and/or earth changes over 1 acre- fill out a Soil Erosion Sedimentation Conrol application as well
- When steps 1-5 are completed- turn in all documents to Menominee County Building Code Department
