NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Menominee County Road Commission, P.O. Box 527, W5416 Belgiumtown Road, Stephenson, Michigan - 49887, until 9:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 and opened and read aloud publicly at that time for the following:
2023 M-35 HMA SKIP PATCHING
Bid specifications and forms, which must be used, may be obtained from the office of the Menominee County Road Commission. Bids are to be in sealed envelopes plainly marked
"2023 M-35 HMA Skip Patching" with the bidder's name appearing on the outside of the envelope.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities therein and to accept any bid, which in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and in the best interest of the County of Menominee.
