Medical services are provided to inmates as needed by the jail nurse. All inmates incarcerated for fourteen days are required to receive a physical examination and a TB skin test; there is a thirty-five dollar ($35.00) charge to the inmate for these services.
Sick call is available one day a week. There is a fifteen dollar ($15.00) charge for this service. Inmates must request to be seen on sick call day in writing.
These services are available to indigent inmates; however, they will be charged for these services with twenty-five percent (25%) of any monies deposited in their account being deducted until the fees are paid in full.
