The Menominee County Sheriff Office provides a Community Work Van Crew.
This program diverts persons from serving jail sentences and reduces jail sentences by utilizing inmates in performing community service throughout Menominee County.
The work crew does tasks for non-profit organizations.
By performing community service, eligible inmates earn credit days off their jail sentence or they work off fines.
