D/B/A or "Co-partnership" forms are available in the County Clerk's office and protect the name of a business in Menominee County for a period of five years. After five years an expiration notice will be sent to reapply. The fee for the D/B/A application is $10.00.
Sections 1,2 and 3 can be completed on the Application. Form should not be signed until in front of a notary. Signatures of all business owners must be notarized and the application filed in the County Clerk's office with the $10.00 fee. Two certified copies will be returned. |
