The mission of Menominee County 911 is to serve as the vital link between the citizens and public safety responders of Menominee County by providing efficient, reliable, responsive and professional public safety communication services.

The Menominee County 911 Emergency Communications Center (Central Dispatch) was established in 1996 and consists of 9 full-time dispatchers and 1 Director. Our Center is the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for 911 calls placed in Menominee County. Dispatching is provided for law enforcement, fire departments, emergency medical services, and other public safety agencies in Menominee County. All of our staff are certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers and provide pre-arrival instructions until help arrives.
The 911 Center not only processes emergency 911 calls, but also non-emergency calls that may require public safety responders to be dispatched for service. The 911 staff handles dispatching for all of Menominee County, to include all Cities, Townships, Villages, and the Hannahville Indian Community. The Communications Center is also responsible for coordinating the communications for multi-agency/jurisdictional events and incidents that occur in Menominee County.
