The Negotiation Committee shall meet to discuss union contract negotiations and other union issues, as needed.
This committee is a Sub-committee of the Menominee County Board of Commissioners containing only two commissioners (not a quorum of the County Board), therefore is not subject to the open meetings laws.
We will include agendas for the public to view, and the public may attend meetings however, most union issues or negotiations are done behind closed doors (closed sessions) and no decisions will be made, other than possibly a recommendation to the full board.
