Commissary List

Inmate Commissary List
Inmates are allowed to order from the commissary on any day of the week.
Orders are submitted on Tuesday.
Money must be deposited into an inmate's account by 7 a..m. on Tuesday in order to receive that week's commissary.
Money may be deposited in the Kioski located in jail lobby or money orders can be sent via US Mail to the Sheriff Department for deposit in the inmate banking system.
Prices are subject to change.
NOTE: Until booking fees are paid in full, 100% of money deposited will be applied to the booking fee(s) owed. 25% of money deposited will be collected toward any outstanding debt the inmate may have.
For example: If a $20 deposit is made; the inmate still owes $2.00 on the booking fee and $25 on the administrative fee; the amount remaining for the purchase of commissary would be $13.50. If the booking fee had been paid in full the inmate would have had $15 available for commissary.

According to the State Tax Calendar, the County Board of Commissioners meets in equalization session on the Tuesday following second Monday in April. (Michigan Compiled Law 209.5 and 211.34) The equalization director files a tabular statement of the county equalization adopted by the County Board of Commissioners on the State Tax Commission (STC) form L-4024 prescribed and furnished by the STC, immediately after adoption. County Equalization shall be completed and the official report (STC form L-4024) filed with STC prior to May 1 (first Monday in May).
